		<description>Eva, as a beginner you should take things slowly. If you aren&#039;t currently active, I wouldn&#039;t recommend starting with any ultra intense workout, but rather do a few moderate workouts first - then gradually build up your exercise tolerance.


Remember, these are just general guidelines and everybody responds differently. However, even relatively fit individuals might only incorporate vigorous interval training 2-3x/week. 

So as a beginner, you&#039;d want to start more infrequently.</description>

		<description>I have been doing HIIT training for the last month.  I have noticed since then along with re-adjusting my diet that my weight had dropped.  I am so glad I read this blog because I am not a &quot;cardio&quot; person.  For some reason I love doing sprints. When the snow if off our local track, I am going to try to do them outside instead of on the treadmill.</description>
