As we come to the last week of our makeover restart, it’s important we start working on the final diet goal that’s going to help you continue to dramatically transform your health and physique: eat more vegetables!
Welcome to module 3.
Over the past 2 weeks, we’ve been focusing on making our breakfast high in protein, while also trying to nail down our “Fav 5” recipes that will form the basis of our diet plan moving forward.
This week, we’d like to introduce another big diet habit that can have a dramatic impact on your long-term results: avoiding drinking your calories.

Last week, our focus was getting your started with a general meal template, as well as start to understand a little more about who you are and what you are attempting to accomplish over the next few weeks.
This week, we are going to be continue making our breakfasts high in physique-transforming protein, while looking into the role that exercise plays in helping us transform our body.

This program is being launched in an effort to develop a resource and community to help hundreds, if not thousands, of women overcome struggles with their body composition efforts.
Over the past 12+ years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with women from all walks of life, from stay-at-home moms to busy executives to a number of Olympic athletes.
The more clients I’ve had the opportunity to coach, the more I’ve come to appreciate many of the unique challenges and issues facing women when it comes to transforming their body and health.
Not only have I had the opportunity to work with a number of great clients, but I’ve also been fortunate enough to help train and now work alongside a number of great coaches. One of these coaches, Shelby Stover, will be an integral part of this program and you’ll be hearing from her quite often in the days and weeks to come.
What The Lean Body Blueprint is all about is a summary of the most meaningful lessons and effective approaches from over the years, with the addition of a more powerful community support and discussion format.
The program begins with a series of templates and tools, or a blueprint if you will ;-), to help you establish where to begin.
But these templates are really just a starting point.
As we move forward, we’ll want you to think about your personal likes, dislikes and challenges and to adjust your personal blueprint accordingly.
